Reablement is short-term care at home, sometimes called intermediate care. It helps people regain their independence after a hospital stay, an accident or an illness.

Is reablement only for people leaving hospital?

No. It’s also for people getting back on their feet after an accident or an illness.

How do we arrange reablement?

Request a free care assessment, or call us on 07517369651. If the person is still in hospital, their discharge team can call us too.
