Questions families ask
What difference can personal care make?
Help with everyday routines such as dressing, bathing, meals and medication can improve a person’s quality of life. It helps them stay well, stay active and keep their independence at home.
Is help with washing and dressing done discreetly?
Yes. Our carers are discreet, and they build a close relationship with each person they support, so care feels personal. We adapt the help to each person’s needs.
Can you care for someone with dementia or Parkinson’s?
Yes. We take account of each person’s health conditions, and of any frailty that comes with age. That includes care at home tailored to long-term or life-changing illnesses, such as dementia and Parkinson’s. Our dementia care page says more.
